KITCHEN This kitchen is untidy and very cluttered and makes the whole area appear smaller. By
de cluttering and cleaning to give a bright sparkling look we now have a place to enjoy cooking and entertaining guests.

LOUNGE This is the first room
we see as we enter the home it looks so sad and is crying out to be staged. We need to give the space definition
and purpose. By decorating with furniture to enhance the best features
and giving great flow for foot traffic we give visitors a warm welcome which will have buyers wanting to make great offers. This is what I call "THE
PAYBACK POWER OF PRESENTATION". FAMILY ROOM This family room was used as a play room for the children and didn't present its best features . By
adding rental furniture we created a great space to sit, relax and enjoy watching tv or sitting reading.
